Domestic Shipping:

Charges: We offer free shipping on our products in India.
The shipping charges can be modified at any point without prior
intimation by Abhipurti Solutions Pvt Ltd as per the rules. The new charges, if
any would reflect in the checkout flow.

Hidden Charges
(Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the
final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay
anything extra.

The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated,
so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to
see if this has changed.

We generally dispatch our orders within 3 business
days from the date of receiving cleared payment. This does not include
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
International Shipping:

Ratnatraya does deliver items internationally. You
are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the
world. We use DHL, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely
and timely to you. For international orders, Kindly check on website there is
currency option as per the country. OR you can write us an email to [email protected]
and we will provide you the applicable order price in your currency.

weight, volume and destination. These will be calculated based on the ordered
items and the actual charges will be intimated to you with the order details.

Cancellation & Refunds
· Ratnatraya.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a
product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due
to certain circumstances.
· Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid
order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 8-10
working days.
· Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the
product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to
situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in
transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such
circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you
receive it and return the product within 3 days of receiving with the form sent
by customer care team. In case if you ask for refund money would be refunded to
you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days.

Incorrect items
received: We are Ideal at our services, and the right
shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In a very rare and
unlikely case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered,
we would request you to let us know about the same on the day you receive it
and return the product within 3 days of receiving with the form filled sent by
customer care team and we will ship the right items to you right away once the
old one is received back. In case if you ask for refund money would be refunded
to you and should reflect in your account in 8-10 days.
· How to return or exchange an item:

recommend you to send via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking
number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are
not responsible for lost or damaged packages while it come return to us. Pack
the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during
transit.
